Private Equity Capital Corporation believes that a successful acquisition is the result of a close working relationship
between the management team and itself.
Once a transaction has closed, Private Equity Capital Corporation, through its
representation on the acquired company's Board of Directors, works closely with
management to establish a long-term business plan, including the setting of
objectives and the development of strategies to attain those objectives.
As a result, we are committed to investing not only capital, but also, when
necessary, time, attention, and experience in order to assure the success of
each company.
Although we do not wish to participate in the daily
management of a company, and while our degree of involvement will vary
depending on the particular needs of a company, we make a serious commitment to
